The Vivago.ro platform is operated by Imavision Media&Development SRL, a Romanian legal entity registered with the Trade Registry.

By accessing and using the Vivago.ro platform, you expressly and unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions.

2. Definitions

  • Platform – the vivago.ro website and all associated services
  • User – any person who accesses the platform
  • Partner – accommodation property owner registered on the platform
  • Booking – accommodation request made through the platform

3. Services Provided

Vivago.ro provides an intermediary service between users looking for accommodation in Romania and accommodation property owners. The platform is not a party to the accommodation contract between the user and the partner.

4. Registration and User Account

To make a booking, the user must provide correct and complete identification data. The user is responsible for the security of their account credentials.

5. Bookings and Payments

Bookings made through the platform are subject to availability confirmed by the partner. Displayed prices include VAT and are expressed in RON. Payment and cancellation conditions are set by each partner and are displayed at the time of booking.

6. Partner Obligations

Partners undertake to provide accurate information about accommodation units, respect displayed prices, ensure accommodation conditions as described, and comply with applicable legislation.

7. Liability

Vivago.ro acts exclusively as an intermediary and is not responsible for the quality of accommodation services offered by partners. The platform is not liable for any disputes between users and partners.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform elements (design, texts, logos, images, source code) are the property of Imavision Media&Development SRL and are protected by copyright legislation.

9. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect on the date of publication on the platform.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts in Romania.
